On the ground floor are the living / kitchen room with refrigerator and coffee machine , a bedroom for 3 persons (a double bed and a single bed), the shower room and a small hallway.

Through a staircase leads to the open gallery with sleeping for 3 persons (1 single bed + 1 double bed).

Casa Duplex can be occupied by 6 people. (Ca.78qm)

W-lan is available.

The swimming  is available for shared use.

Bed linen, towels, water, electricity, gas and internet are included in the price.

Final cleaning excl.

For the colder season, a wood stove is available. The wood and gas bottles for a gas stove are to be purchased by the renter in the winter itself.
